PNW Resilience Challenge: Reinventing our Cities
How is our surge in urban growth being met by innovations in energy systems, buildings, transportation, and social networks?
We are on the way to reinventing our regional cities and the panelists and participants will let you know what is being done and what the needs are to mobilize for resiliency. See http://pnwresilience.org/
You are invited to join The Pacific Northwest Resilience Challenge, an initiative aimed at accelerating the ability of our urban areas in the Puget Sound Region to respond to accelerated growth and disruptive events. A primary focus of the initiative is fostering cross-sector information exchange and collaborative action toward high priority goals.
This will be a high level panel event followed by the formation of action teams that will work through disruptive event scenarios. Which of those action team "life boats" will survive?
