Today, the CHRN planning team added 2 new resources to the CHRN site:

  • Coastal Climate Adaptation Examples in Washington
  • Resources for Coastal Adaptation Planning in Washington

As the planning team, we are striving to provide a number of helpful resources in one place for coastal managers and planners, in addition to hazard and climate change practitioners in the Pacific Northwest region. We also know how overwhelming it can be to find reputable sources and relevant examples when it comes to incorporating climate adaptation into coastal planning. These two documents provide descriptive lists and the associated links for guidebooks, local resources, planning and analytical tools, project descriptions, assessments and local examples of incorporating coastal hazards and adaptation efforts that we have found to be useful.

Check out these new documents here! Also, if you know of any additional resources that you think should be included on the CHRN website,  please contact Michael Levkowitz.
